How To Brew: or why my home is too micro to become a brewery: Beer Blog

I have spoke with a couple friends of mine who i am helping make a documentary about a local musician, Chairman. They have expressed interest in lending a hand in the last few months of shooting. I have another friend who is lined up to assist in the editing process which will get underway soon.

Ian and Natian Brewery will be attending the North American Organic Brewers Festival. So much has happened it's amazing to have documented so much of the process of starting your own brewery. More plans and hopefully more developments coming soon.
